The Role

We are looking for bussiness advisor to support our CEO. You will be responsible to support the development of a solid business plan and execute on it. You will be the face of the company to raise funds, build and manage the sales and business development teams to achieve high growth.

The advisor to the CEO provides effective leadership and vision for the company to grow value responsibly, in a commercial, profitable and sustainable manner. The advisor to the CEO helps set the ‘tone’ for Management to foster ethical and responsible decision making, appropriate management and best-in-class corporate practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading companies through periods of rapid growth and change. The candidate should have demonstrated success in building strategic alliances with key stakeholders across multiple industries (e.g., investors, customers/partners) that have resulted in increased revenue growth through profitable partnerships or acquisitions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy and build out the product roadmap.
  • Establish marketing goals and implement hands-on tactics to scale in the market area.
  • Manage the financial budgeting and planning of strategic and operative topics.
  • Own full P&L responsibility and determine the most essential KPIs.
  • Hire, retain, and mentor a world-class team consisting of a diverse skill set.
  • Stay up-to-date and maintain compliance with regulations.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 8-10 years of experience in business administration, engineering, product management or a related field at early-stage companies, preferably in energy tech.
  • Proven experience in both designing and executing strategies – resulting in high-growth start-ups.
  • Hands-on approach and a high degree of ownership for your decisions and tasks.
  • High EQ and low ego – committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered.
